  • Transcripts - We generate text transcripts from call recordings
  • Call metadata - Date, time, duration, and other technical information about the call

Important Notice for Callers:

Calls to businesses using SimpleAnswering.com are handled by an AI-powered virtual assistant and may be recorded. By continuing with your call after hearing our disclosure, you consent to the recording and processing of your call as described in this policy.

D. SMS/Text Message Information

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, we collect:

  • Mobile phone number — The phone number you provide for receiving text message notifications
  • SMS preferences — Your notification preferences and opt-in/opt-out status
  • Message delivery data — Delivery status and timestamps for messages sent to you

Your phone number is used solely for sending you service-related notifications such as call alerts, account updates, and trial reminders. 3. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods:

  • Business account data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Call recordings: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Call transcripts: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Call metadata and summaries: Retained for 1 year for business analytics
  • Lead information: Retained until the business deletes it or closes their account

Business users may delete call records at any time through their dashboard. We may retain certain data longer if required by law.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to provide our Service:

  • Telnyx - Telephony services and call recording infrastructure
  • Google Cloud - AI voice processing and transcription
  • Cloudflare - Hosting, data storage, and security
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Resend - Email delivery
